The relocation presents a great opportunity to further develop patient services within a more modern setting. With the help of The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust you will have access to a wider range of services and more appointments over time. From 1st April 2017 the practice will be welcoming Dr. Mona Sidhu and colleagues to ensure there is a smooth
transition and continuity of service prior to the departure of Dr Taylor and Dr Cam at the end of April 2017. Letter circulated to patients regarding the new premises and new doctors
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do anything to still be able to see my GP?
No. There will be no disruption for you as a patient.
Will we lose our identity as Practice at West Park Hospital?
No. The practice will still be an independent practice now called West Park Surgery
Will there be a reduction in services?
No. The relocation will see an increase in the number of GP and Nurse appointments and we hope that additional consulting rooms and a modern surgery will allow us to offer more services over time.
Has the joining of The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust forced you to leave and us to move?
No, actually the opposite. Without the help of The Trust we would definitely had left and would have had no option but to close the practice and split our list up amongst other local Practices. The Trust have been able to find us new Partner GPs, a new site and the funding to refurbish it into a modern GP Practice.
